The Problem With Online Play
The Wife has gotten back into Rock Band and once again we’re cruising the internet looking for other players when our favorite regulars aren’t available. Things have changed over the last few months. It’s not that it’s hard to find other players, quite the contrary. It’s not even hard to find other good players willing to rock out on Expert. The problem now seems to be DLC or downloadable content. There are tons of fun songs that we’ve accumulated, but unless the other players have them, you can’t play them online. We’re having a difficult time finding other random players with decent collections of the DLC, and it gets mighty boring being stuck with the same original 58 songs you’ve heard a million, buzillion times when you know you’ve got More Than a Feeling just sitting there waiting for The Full Band Experience.
I guess we’re just turning into snobs or something…
Wayne is on...
