I've only been dipping into it occasionally since I bought Rock Band 2, The World End With You and Civilization: Revolutions DS at the same time and have been dividing my time between them. I'm 11 and 1/2 hours into it, which puts me just a few days after the first mid-terms. I actually last stopped the game just before the Midnight Channel screening that follows Yukiko's castle rescue.

As for God of War while I can appreciate why other people loved it and was impressed by how good it looked, I found myself constantly annoyed by the inability to move the camera--especially during those parts that required balance. It's a minor complaint, but one that constantly kept me from enjoying the game as much as I should have.

And speaking of Rock Band 2 (as you did in your most recent post) I recently added a microphone to my instrument list (I started off with just the two guitars) and have found myself very surprised by the results. Owing to the fact that I am essentially tone deaf I find myself unable to finish the simplest of songs, yet--oddly--I can make it through two of the "Impossible" Vocals ("Psycho Killer" and "Tangled Up In Blue") without a problem. I'm not quite sure what this says about David Byrne or Bob Dylan.

Out of curiosity, how far into the year are you in Persona 4, and plot aside, what did you think of God of War as an action game?

I'm also impressed by the quality of the voice-over work, especially with the female characters. I think that's a major reason why this is the first game to make me laugh out loud since Psychonauts (not counting God of War where I found myself more laught at it than with it).
