Already?

Picked up the above, for half price, brand new, at the store today.  That’s always a bad sign for the developers and publishers involved, considering that there are some games that are two or even three years old still selling for $40 or $50 and this one only just came out in June.  To be fair though, it was kind of destined to tank.  I enjoyed the first Overlord, but it was a flawed game mechanically, and did itself no favors by not being a first person shooter, a guitar game, or a football game.  It’s a bit sad that in the world of gaming, most people fall into pretty much those three categories of games and nothing else, but that’s what happens when a medium goes mainstream.
