Official Channels

I guess I’ll have to ship the PS3 off to Sony’s authorized repair center and hope for the best.  With any luck, they’ll repair–rather than replace–the console, as a replacement still nets me a loss of my Rock Band data.  I’ll have to look into this over the next few days.
