But not for me. The Wife more or less commandeered my PC spot to use for restoration purposes on her own new PC and put data back where it belongs.
Oh well, at least I got in some sizable progress in Demon’s Souls. That platinum trophy is just a few days away now…

Apparently my computer is now slightly more powerful as I get the hand-me downs The Wife no longer needs from her rig. This doesn’t mean I’ll be installing Crysis on this thing anytime soon, but it’s nice to know the option is actually there now.

Earlier in the month, I hit the cap on my PS3 hard drive. After a few years of intense usage, my 160 GB hard drive only had 5 MB left in it. Now I’ve got a 640 GB drive in there, which should keep things roomy for at least another couple of years. I hope–and slightly doubt–that this will be the last time in this generation of consoles that I have to stick in a new hard drive.
The restoration of data from an external hard drive back into the new one is taking forever. It’s been spinning away for a few hours now and is only at 62% complete. Geez.

I don’t need to review it, but Deathspank is turning out to be hilariously entertaining. The actual game itself is a by the numbers, Diablo style beat ‘em up/loot fest, but the writing makes the game far more entertaining than it has any right to be.

Going through that Dragon Age: Origins add-on, Leliana’s Song. So far I’m thinking it’s for fans only.

Time to get on those articles that are due for the month. First stop a review of Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge.
It’s nice to see adventure games making a comeback, even if it’s in a smaller, niche form.
